This is a sequel to the original Battle Chess with fantastic graphics! This game takes on a more Chinese approach, both in the rules of the game and the way it is presented. This uses a Chinese variation of the game of Chess. The Queen and Bishop are replaced by Counselors, Ministers, and Cannon. Pieces behave differently than they did in the first Battle Chess. The board is even set up slightly differently. Cannons thunder, chariots race over the grassy fields, and dragons hurl fireballs at opposing forces in the latest animated strategy game from Interplay Productions.

Battle Chess II: Chinese Chess, an ancient cousin to western chess, features stunning graphics, realistic sound effects, and more humourous animation than the original Battle Chess.
